Moto Watch 200 and Moto Watch 100S may be released in the first quarter of 2022
Motorola is preparing to cooperate with CE Brands to launch a new wearable device called Moto Watch 100. An investor report by CE Brands showed the production details of this smartwatch, while the operational update roadmap and FCC list gave us a glimpse of the specifications and features of the Moto Watch 100. The new smartwatch will enter mass production in November this year. According to the production roadmap, CE Brands and Motorola also plan to launch Moto Watch 200 and Moto Watch 100S in 2022.
CE Brands issued an investor press release on October 21 stating that Moto Watch 100 will be the company's next smartwatch. 9to5Google first reported this development. It is said that the entry-level price of this wearable device has a high-quality feel. It is said that it will enter mass production in November 2021. However, CE Brands and Motorola did not share the exact release date and availability of Moto Watch 100.
The new operation update of CE Brands shows the design of the smart watch. According to the update, Moto Watch 100 will use a circular display with two oval buttons on the right. This wearable device was earlier called the Motorola G smart watch and was originally scheduled to be launched in June.
9to5Google's report shows that the FCC list also provides detailed information about Moto Watch 100. According to the list, the wearable device has 5ATM waterproof performance. It is said that the smart watch used an aluminum case when it debuted. It is also listed with the heart rate sensor. It is said that Moto Watch 100 is equipped with GPS and Bluetooth v5.2 for connection. The list also recommends that the device has a 355mAh battery. The list further indicates that the upcoming smartwatch may be available in Phantom Black and Steel Silver colors. It is said that Moto Watch 100 can also run on Wear OS.
In addition to Moto Watch 100, CE Brands' operational roadmap also lists Moto Watch 100S and Moto Watch 200. Both wearable devices are scheduled to be released in the first quarter of 2022. The design of the Moto Watch 100S is similar to that of the Moto Watch 100, and the Moto Watch 200 looks like an Apple Watch without a digital crown.
