The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture maintains food safety inspection records for restaurants and food suppliers.

Berks County is divided into three jurisdictions: Reading, the town of Muilenberg, and the rest of the county. Reading and Muhlenberg Township have their own inspectors, and the rest of the county is inspected by inspectors from the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture.

The results will be published every other week. All food suppliers are inspected at least once a year. Other inspections can be triggered by owner changes, follow-up of facility non-compliance, or complaints submitted to the PDA.

View the last inspection report of any supplier online. Click on the PDF version of the inspection report for all the details.

If a food supplier is labeled as non-compliant, it means that it has one or more violations and requires an inspector to conduct a return visit. Companies have time to solve problems and stay open.

You can use the PDA to submit a complaint online.

The following are the results of the inspections conducted between October 29, 2021 and November 9, 2021. These results were submitted to the national database at 5:30 pm on November 11, 2021
